Haven · Gause, Texas
Community-funded infrastructure.
Haven is a living, co-created community art project. The regenerative food systems, the buildings, the gathering spaces — everything we build here is built by and for the people connected to this land. The visions here require substantial financial resources. Although there are many ways to contribute, if finances and donations are yours, we deeply appreciate the contribution.
Active Projects
Eight permanent bell tent suites — Haven's first dedicated overnight accommodation for community gatherings and immersive retreats.
The Vision
Right now, Haven's events end at sundown. People drive home when the fire is still going. The glamping village changes that. Eight permanent 16-foot bell tent suites — raised on wood platforms, furnished, powered, and set within the land — will make Haven a place people can arrive at and stay in. A place that holds overnight retreats, multi-day ceremonies, seasonal workdays, and the kind of depth that only emerges when a community sleeps under the same sky.
This is the infrastructure that transforms Haven from a day-use venue into a true destination. Once the village is live, it also generates consistent nightly revenue that funds every project that comes after it.

On the Horizon
Each project builds on the last. Here is what we are working toward next.
A full drip irrigation network for the market garden, food forest, and orchard — reducing manual labor and creating resilient year-round food production.
Expanding the existing food forest canopy with fruit and nut trees, nitrogen-fixers, and understory plantings — building Haven's long-term food sovereignty.
Regulation and recovery infrastructure — a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge for Haven members, event guests, and immersive retreat programming.
Haven Community Village is an unincorporated nonprofit operating as an integrated auxiliary of the Center for the New Christian Movement, a 508(c)(1)(A) religious organization. All contributions are fully tax-deductible.
